iRepertoire, Inc., supplies products and services for the molecular analysis of the immune system using next-generation sequencing (NGS). These services include cell sorting, nucleic acid extraction, immune repertoire amplification, and NGS on Illumina systems. We also recently introduced single cell services for the pairing of receptor V(D)J rearrangements for human TCR alpha, beta, and immunoglobulin heavy and light chains. These technologies can be applied to a wide array of immune-based areas including autoimmunity, cancer research, and infectious disease. Our single cell technology is particularly applicable to immune-based drug development and can detect paired V(D)J rearrangements for rare populations of cells.
