JR3 Consulting was founded in March 2020 to provide subject matter expertise in digital engineering, cybersecurity and advanced manufacturing. Its owner and president, John Rice, acquired the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities as an instructor at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), as a lead systems engineer at the Missile Defense Agency and as an aerospace and defense contractor. JR3’s support areas include: Digital Engineering, Modeling and Simulation; Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing; Advanced Manufacturing including 3D Printing; and Workforce Development with STEM focus.
