The merger combined the compatible portfolios of two of the largest distributors in Alabama. MBC/United was a subsidiary of United Distributors of Georgia a family owned company and Johnson Brothers Wine was subsidiary Johnson Brothers Minnesota also a family owned company. The combined experience in the beverage industry of the two companies and families spans more than a century. The merger created the largest beverage distributor in the state, with operations in Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery and Mobile which provides us the unique opportunity to service the state unlike any other distributor. We continue to be leaders and innovators in the Beverage Distribution industry today and look forward to continuing to meet the needs of our customers in the future
