During Government career, served as a Source Selection Authority; Standards Improvement Executive for the Functional Requirements Authentication Board; Chief of the Contracting Office; Special Competition Advocate; Task Order Ombudsman; and a Contracting Officer. Initial procurement career began in private industry as an Aerospace Buyer purchasing aircraft parts for fighter planes.
