AhtSWP - JV is an SBA mentor protégé entity on its second Joint Venture (AhtSWP), formed between Ahtna Design-Build, Inc. (Ahtna) and Southwest Concrete Paving Co. (SWCP). Ahtna is an SBA certified small, disadvantaged business, Alaska Native Corporation, and highly experienced heavy civil and infrastructure construction contractor. SWCP is a very successful and highly respected federal DoD airfield paving and construction contractor. Ahtna and SWCP have worked together on several airfield paving projects and as a new joint venture, we have a full bench of construction project managers, superintendents, and highly skilled, specialized crews and equipment that meet the requirements for airfield repair and paving projects
