Our in-house core competencies include diverse forming, fabricating, machining, general assembly, welded assembly, tooling design & build, and special processing such as: thermal processing (heat treat, age, anneal), chemical conversion (chem-film & anodize), paint (prime & topcoat), tensile testing, hardness & conductivity testing, and florescent penetrant. Products made from sheet metal, extrusion, plate, various bar stock & billet materials. All special processes at Hydroform USA are NADCAP approved and we work within the AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 standards and certified to those standards by “Performance Review Institute” registrar. We are also ITAR registered and currently working to the NIST 800-171 standards to obtain a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, level 3.
