Founded in 1994, LPC is a woman-owned program evaluation research firm that provides customized, responsive analytical services and technical support to public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private foundations. Our evaluation work covers a wide variety of programs, including community health and well-being, criminal justice, mental health, violence prevention, alcohol and other drug use prevention, food security, and reading/literacy, as well as providing technical assistance and training.
