Our therapists have training in evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, Exposure with Response Prevention, and biofeedback therapy. With our focus on anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and related conditions, we are able to provide specialized care for these conditions.
