CEQA/NEPA Compliance SERTIOR assists with the environmental review process pursuant to CEQA and NEPA Guidelines. We provide a professional assistance through the analysis, documentation, and approval process. Our expertise covers the whole range of CEQA/NEPA documents including categorical exemptions/exclusions, negative declarations/environmental assessments, and EIRs/EISs. We work with the project stakeholders to develop feasible alternatives and/or mitigation measures that consider the environmental, social and economic aspect of the project. Public Outreach We believe that an effective engagement of the public during the early stages of planning would contribute to the successful project implementation. Our assistance includes the development and design of a convenient public outreach plan and identification of stakeholders needs and values. We assist in the coordination with the public agencies and facilitate the consultation process
