Sunland Aerospace Fasteners is a Manufacturer of High strength Close Tolerance Fasteners Specifically using Stainless Steel such as Inconel 718 CR and A286. Configurations consist of 12 Point Spline Bolts, 12 Point, and Hex head externally threaded Fasteners. Parts have a tensile strength which range from 160 KSI to 220KSI.All parts are tested per procurement spec in our in house Lab which includes Fatigue, Tensile, Double Shear, Micro examination and Rockwell testing. The facility has 9000 Square feet of Manufacturing space and 2,000 square feet of Office. SAF has a complete Manufacturing capability which also includes a complete Tooling department, Wire Edm, Sinker Edm, Mills, Lathes, Hones and Surface Grinders. The operation consist of the Latest Impact Cut off saw fully automated, Kalamazoo Tumbler, Punch Presses, Haas CNC’S, Cincinatti Centerless Grinders, Fillet rolling, Thread Rolling and Heat Treat with the Latest technology.
