(TECI), provides professional civil engineering, project management, land surveying, utility locating, and agency permitting services for a wide array of public and private projects. TECI’s broad experiences range from master planning and feasibility study, infrastructure planning & design; institutional, commercial and residential development; utility investigation planning & design; roadway engineering; storm water management (SWPPP), QSD/QSP; ADA code compliance review and design; CADD support; value engineering; QA/QC; constructability and peer review. Our land surveying staff is experienced in providing the following services including Topographic, ALTA, H3D Laser Scanning, Settlement Monitoring and Control Surveys, Construction Staking, FEMA and Route Surveys. Our office staff has full support in data processing, AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD Map 3D technical drafting. We also provide underground utility locating services for our clients.
