We assist companies and individuals to navigate the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization system to: -Transfer non-immigrant temporary workers such as, H-1B Specialty Workers, L-1 Intracompany Transferees, TN (NAFTA) - Avoid costly fines resulting from I-9 non-compliance; - Assist employers in the transfer, recruitment and retention of foreign employees; - Evaluate the immigration and/or naturalization consequences of criminal convictions; Handle changes of status and extensions of non-Facilitate on-site inspections for employers with foreign workers; - Facilitate the visa application process for Treaty Traders or Treaty Investors; Establish eligibility and prepare the necessary documentation for entertainers and professional athletes to perform/compete in the United States; - Assist religious congregations in bringing ministers, vocational workers and other religious workers to the United States;
