We provide research services, custom structural genomic assays and catalog products. dGH is the state-of-the-art method for directly measuring complex structural variations. Alternative technologies such as NGS and arrays that use pooled DNA and bioinformatic calculation of structure are not capable of de novo discovery and detection of structural variation.
