We provide Pharmacy Consulting Services and Medication Management Services to hospitals large and small, governmental departments and agencies, providers, and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs). We are a team of professionals dedicated to improving all aspects of medication management to include appropriate selection, prescribing, dispensing, administration, and monitoring of medication use. Our goal is to help Health-Systems and their partners provide the highest quality of care to achieve the best outcomes with a focus on patient safety, in the most cost-effective manner. We provide a wide range of services and programs designed to improve medication management and patient outcomes. These services include assessing the organizational, operational and clinical effectiveness of medication use processes.
