•We provide financial consulting expertise to start-ups or ongoing operations, including those in distressed situations. We offer expertise in accounting, finance, strategic planning, billing and collections processes, and all other areas of what a full-time CFO offers. •We perform Quality of Earnings by analyzing the cash flow of the businesses and reconcile them to the financial statement earnings. We will identify unusual or one-time items to “normalize” cash flow for valuation analysis. This is done for all periods requested. •We offer full-service SBA asset-based loan (ABL) evaluation of collateral, including accounts receivable and inventory. We review all issues that may prime the security position of the lender. We are thoroughly knowledgeable on revenue models across industries, including in highly regulated industries such as healthcare.
