Led by Dinah Rainey, a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and retired Army officer, our evidence-based services are delivered with compassion and expertise. We offer online and in-person group sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs, including military members, veterans, federal employees, and their families. Our approach helps clients navigate loss, overcome emotional barriers, and rebuild resilience.
