First Step Therapeutic is a private practice with more than 13 years of experience providing direct mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Our caring and experienced staff provides professional treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, abusive relationships, and other concerns. Individuals are taught life skills to help manage and meet their mental health goals and needs based on an individualized integrative therapeutic treatment plan. Clinicians provide support to enhance a patient’s quality of life, while helping them to pursue personal valued roles in their living, learning, work, and social environments. We provide telehealth and traditional on-site services.
