KBay Consulting was founded by Mr. Josh Hu, who was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the U.S. at a young age. Josh is a retired USAF officer and a native Chinese-Mandarin speaker and has extensive military engagements and operational experience in the Indo-Pacific region. Leveraging his unique cultural insights and language skills, Josh successfully planned and executed numerous military operations and activities across the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to support U.S. government objectives and interests.
