GEBI focuses on helping Government Employees to focus on things that matter when it comes to their benefits. Government Employees don’t have to learn ‘the whole system’. Our aim is to empower Government Employees to ask the right questions so that they may become ‘experts’ in their respective benefits system – as it pertains specifically to them and their families. Our training classes focus on a practical application of the materials presented. Instead of an instructor repeating a variation of what can be found on the OPM website, we focus on presenting the material with the aim of answering the all-important question: What does that mean? Class participants are presented with a 100+ page reference guide and are entitled to a 1-on-1 session with one of the instructors. The purpose of the individual session is to create a personalized benefit summary & cash-flow projection through their retirement years.
