Arthur Freedman Associates provides water treatment Consulting and Expert Witness services experience, which cover the full range of industrial and commercial uses of water systems and failure analysis. Our consultants specialize in boiler and cooling water systems, water preparation, once-through systems, process water, cooling towers, heat exchangers, process units, and commercial and institutional potable water systems. We optimize performance in facilities ranging from heavy metal production to small manufacturing plants, and from major power generating stations to small cogeneration units. We define the root cause(s) of failures and develop solutions to help our clients prevent these and similar failures from recurring. We also advise clients on treatment and methods for the prevention of Legionnaires Disease and microbiological issues, while providing related testing and consulting services.
