D&D Automation Inc. has been serving military, industrial, automotive, and aerospace customers. Our core competencies include: five-axis & three-axis CNC vertical milling, wire electrical discharge machining, two-axis CNC lathe machining, TIG & MIG welding, and automation design and fabrication of robotic work cells. We have 20 years of experience with advanced prototyping, design, and fabrication for tooling fixtures used with backup and self-driving camera technology. We developed tooling for compliant pin technology for solder-free electronics assembly. We have both three-axis and five-axis CNC vertical milling centers up to 40'(X) x 64'(Y) x 30'(Z). Lathe capability 10' diameter, up to 36' length. Wire EDM for 23'(X) x 15'(Y) x 10'(Z). Allen Bradley PLC control systems, Fanuc robotics, and small-cell assembly automation. Our fully instrumented quality laboratory includes a coordinate measurement machine and enables our work toward AS9100 and ISO9001 certification.
