Dr. Stettler provides scientific technical editing, writing, and formatting services for environmental documents and business documents. She has 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. She has worked with federal government land management and military agencies, state transportation and transit departments, and city planning and utility departments. Dr. Stettler has worked on landscape-scale block projects, multi-state linear right-of-way projects, and smaller projects. Her primary expertise is with the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), but she also has experience with the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and other regulations. Dr. Stettler has worked on EISs; EAs; critical issues analyses; feasibility studies; and permitting for air, water, endangered species, conditional use, and cultural resources.
