ERA is the inventor and manufacturer of MCC engines, fluid mechanisms and compressors. MCC engines provide ultra-quiet, multifuel operation for commercial and military generator and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. MCC engines are nearly as quiet as electric motors, can operate on eco-friendly biofuels and safer military fuels. MCC engines are also half the weight and at least 30% lower cost to manufacture. This technology is also being developed for quiet, compact, low-cost compressors. ERA also provides engineering, product development support, refinement and machining services. We have over twenty years of experience in full life cycle product development which includes 3D CAD design, modeling, simulation, finite element analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), prototype fabrication, testing and production fabrication.
