Founded and led by veterans, we bridge the gap between clinical research and community wellness. Our team is preparing a 5-year NIH-style clinical trial while simultaneously operating a full-service brick-and-mortar institute in Shawnee, KS. Besides the general public - we serve diverse, underserved adults struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. Our feasibility pilots already demonstrate reduced stress (mean drop in GAD-7/PSS-10), improved sleep quality, and high participant satisfaction.
