Ballard CLC, Inc. and Secord & Lebow Architects, LLP formed the Ballard-SLA SDVOSB JV (DUNS #11-751-5902) to serve federal government clients by joining two highly qualified small businesses whose combined capabilities enhance their overall ability to provide the range and complexities of services required at all levels from programming and planning through design, bidding and construction. This JV’s select group of project managers, master planners, engineers, architects, CAD techs and regulatory technologists are dedicated to the goal of providing quality vertical and horizontal planning and design including engineering, architectural, regulatory and environmental support to our governmental clients. We offer a multi-disciplined, risk-adverse team with direct teaming experience dating back to 2012.
