James A. Herod Apartments, is dedicated to supporting the community through affordable housing, health, education, and veteran services. We operate 21 low-income housing units, providing stable homes for those in need. Led by a Board comprised of four veterans and the spouse of a fallen veteran, we bring a deep commitment to service. We offer health screenings, self-care education, and monthly programs addressing home care and nutrition. Substance abuse counseling is integrated into our tenant program, ensuring access to recovery support. Through education and ongoing outreach, we empower residents to live healthier, more independent lives while honoring and supporting those who have served.
