Zydeco Foods LLC is a Small Disadvantaged Woman Owned Business. Our trio of salsas are made with a few simple ingredients in the spirit of Louisiana cooking, using Cajun and Creole traditions. Our Louisiana Style Salsas -- Red Bean, Creole Trinity and Sweet Potato are gluten-free, preservative-free, & contain no vinegar. Zydeco salsas make great dips with your favorite chip or cracker and can also serve as condiments or additions to cooking. The addition of our salsas brings rich flavor to meats, seafood, vegetable dishes and sauces. Zydeco Salsas are nutritious and delicious and is salsa RE-invented!
