The commercial work we perform concentrates on protecting structures from water damage, keeping the water out and thus preserving the structure and we take great pride in what we do! More specifically we install below grade waterproofing protection to foundation walls and then also to the exterior walls above grade. We install caulking, spray foam, masonry restoration, specialty coatings such as traffic coatings or facade texture coatings. Most recently we have expanded into the fire protection market with taking on cementitious fireproofing. We work on small, medium and up to the very largest projects the State of Maine offers and at times we have taken on projects in New Hampshire.
