Carroll Engineering, Inc. is a woman-owned civil/structural engineering and landscape architectural firm with more than 50 years’ experience. CEI is a certified woman-owned business. Our structural department resolves issues from new construction to rehabilitation. We have completed several projects using the latest BIM (REVIT) modeling software, and our experience includes wood, steel, masonry and post-tensioned concrete. Our civil department provides services, including planning, grading, zoning and permitting, stormwater management, utility design, erosion/sediment control solutions, roadway and walkway design, and parking. We have experience with the latest Maryland Stormwater Management Regulations. Our landscape architectural department offers assistance on a wide range of landscaping concepts. We work with numerous software packages, databases and suppliers to create striking designs in a quick and cost-effective manner.
