We are well-positioned to support training requirements and compliancy standards through our team of experts in training and development. CJT specializes in the development of workshop training courses and providing highly-skilled facilitators to deliver those courses. CJT has over 20 years’ experience in training design and development. We utilize a five-stage process: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), and an Agile Learning Design to training, which focuses on sprints, flexibility, collaboration, and quality.
