End Your Conflicts, LLC (EYC) helps youth, adults, families, communities, and organizations resolve conflicts through peaceful, non-adjudicative, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. EYC also offers conflict-resolution training, education, and coaching to individuals and organizations that will empower them to prevent and manage their own conflicts. WORPLACE CONFLICT-RESOLUTION: EYC conducts training to help employees, staff, and management prevent and mitigate conflict. LARGE-GROUP FACILITATED DIALOGUE: Large-group facilitation is a consensus-building process where a facilitator, a neutral third-party, facilitates dialogue between a large group of people, to resolve conflict.
