Lead Inspections of Montgomery County (LIMC) LLC is a WOSB affiliated with Women's Business Enterprise National Council. We specialize in Lead Paint Risk Assessments by identifying lead base paint hazards (water, soil, dust and paint) and consulting on remediation. In addition to supporting the Maryland State Mandate to have all pre 1978 rental properties certified as lead free, full or modified risk, our service expands to a wide array of other structures including daycare facilities seeking licensing, home buyers and renovation firms seeking environmental inspections for lead, asbestos and mold. Our EPA RR certification allows us to post renovation clearance for contractors and provide supervision -and training- to contractor teams.
