Semper Offshore operates commercial vessels that perform many types of marine services; marine construction, scientific and military research, geophysical survey work. Semper Offshore has extensive experience working with global companies including Orsted, Excelerate Energy, WHOI, Engie, General Dynamics, Raytheon, USGS, Navy-NUWC, Tetra Tech, and JHU-Applied Sciences. Our vessels are operated by the best trained crew available. Each with years of experience on many highly complex projects along the eastern seaboard. We operate under a unique Management System that maintains the highest standards for safety, environment, and quality. Our vessels are outfitted to meet SOLAS standards and are USCG certified. They are also inspected by ABS, OVID, and CMID. Semper is based in Charlestown, MA where we have shore support for dockage, crane service, warehousing, and staging facilities. We have partnered with other shore facilities in MA, Rhode Island, Connecticut, NY, NJ, and Virginia.
