Better Life Learning (BLL), is a comprehensive chronic disease management firm that uses population- based strategies to control costs and improve utilization and reduce over-utilization of services by vulnerable populations. BLL’s health initiatives improve health outcomes by providing culturally relevant evidence-based in-home case management services that reduce morbidity and mortality associated with chronic disease.
