Micro offers full-service manufacturing capabilities in CNC tooling, precision gun drilling, and high-tonnage injection molding. Our advanced CNC department handles large-format molds with tight tolerances using 3-axis and 3+2 Tarus mills for both roughing and complex finishing. For deep-hole drilling, our 4-axis Tarus gun drill (52' depth) supports BTA-style drilling at 1–3 IPM. Our injection molding facility includes 300 to 4000-ton presses for molding small to large parts in various thermoplastics. We specialize in Class-A paintable components and offer in-house painting, sonic welding, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
