StrivePoint Housing LLC provides transitional housing for justice-involved, recovering, and vulnerable individuals. We specialize in sober living with resident-led oversight, affordable bed space, and partnerships with PACE and DWIHN. Our Detroit-based properties are fully furnished and designed to stabilize residents through safe environments, supervision, and behavioral support. We are pursuing licensure through MARR and expanding into modular and container-built housing. Past performance includes housing over 20 individuals since 2014, managing SSI, Medicaid, guardianship, and full reentry support. In 2025, we launched our flagship sober home in Detroit, coordinated care through PACE, and supported residents with 24/7 supervision, therapy, and transportation. We are SAM-registered, insured, and prepared for local, state, and federal contracts.
