Energy Management and Commissioning LLC (EMAC) provides energy management and commissioning services in commercial buildings. The energy management services include building energy audits, design/installation/service of HVAC systems & energy management/building automation control systems (EMCS/BAS). Work performed by EMAC includes installation of low voltage wiring/network cabling and design/programming/installation/service of direct digital control (DDC) microprocessor-based controllers and other EMCS/BAS automation components. EMCS/BAS systems are monitored remotely via secure internet connections and early equipment fault detection and alarm services are provided. We subcontract some mechanical and electrical services as needed. The commissioning services are a quality control process consisting of verifying proper operation of these systems. Verification is performed on the job site and from remote office locations via internet accessed Smart Building control systems.
