For over 35 years, Randy Kinder Excavating, Inc. (RKE) has provided Civil Construction services to federal, state and local governments. Through the years RKE developed the experience necessary to complete a wide variety of construction projects. During this time RKE has never failed to finish a project on time or received a less than positive evaluation.
