When we are inspecting our customers parts on either our laser keyeance measuring machine or our optical compactor,we take the time to make sure that it meets or exceeds the drawing specifications.As an AS9100D/ISO9001 facility we take pride in making sure that every aspect of the inspection is documented and that we have 100% traceability.To ensure that we scan in to our system all material, heat-treat and finishing certifications along with the part drawing.Thru out vendor management inventory system we assign every part a unique lot of license plate numbers which allows us to know when, where and how we manufactured the parts we sell.
