JPM Collections is a mission-driven organization dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices in business, education, and research. Through our three branches—Readable, which shares diverse book reviews; Je t’aime Clothing, a fashion line celebrating identity and culture; and Maximus, a recruiting initiative connecting minority groups to research opportunities—we create space where it’s often missing. Each arm works to challenge exclusion, foster visibility, and empower communities historically left out of key conversations. At our core, we exist to be a voice for the voiceless and build platforms that elevate inclusion and equity across all industries.
