Our facility is equipped with modern controlled CNC Lathes to turn parts up to a 20' diameter. Utilizing CAD and Cam software, we can reliably and efficiently model and program your blueprint and machine your parts quickly. We keep a time tested American Lathe available at all times for those instances where material removal is critical. Capable of turning a 20' diameter. Our shop has several mills available in multiple configurations, with rotary tables, tilt tables, vices, index tables, etc. Maximum milling dimensions for our equipment are (X)50'x(Y)30'x(Z)24', 3 axis programmable. Multiple Bridgeport style milling machines are on site to handle less complex part geometries and repairs. Also available in multiple configurations, we have milling capabilities of (X)51' x (Y)11'.
