Semiconductor manufacturing equipment supported includes, but is not limited to - ASML, Nikon, Varian, Axcelis, Ebara, AMAT; and nearly every robot found in the fab (Brooks, Rorze, MECS, PRI, Genmark, Yaskawa, etc.)
