I operate a group licensed in-home childcare. I can provide guidance for operating a successful childcare business. I know what questions to ask when seeking and securing a nurturing childcare that fosters confidence and a peace of mind along with being a support through the stages of child development. I have helped identify and resolve challenges in household management and family relationships. I know the importance of accountability, mindset, mental health while establishing a culture that promotes growth and personal development. Illness, adoption, abuse, anxiety, depression, incarceration, deployment, divorce, and foster care are just a few of an ongoing list of challenges I have personally worked with. I have cared for the children of over 100 families during the past 30 years giving me hands-on life experience that gives me the ability to leverage that knowledge as well as be a positive support.
