Custom manufacturer of investment/lost wax process castings for: aerospace, military, ordnance, medical, and energy industries. Castings are available in weights of 1 oz. to 35 lbs. and feature linear tolerance of +/- 0.010 for the first inch of geometry +/- 0.005 for each inch thereafter with a 125 finish. Over 100 ferrous & non-ferrous alloys poured, including austenitic & martensitic stainless, nickel-based, aluminum, tool steel, low alloy & carbon steels, cobalt-based (stellite), brass & bronze. On site services include: rapid prototyping, machine to-print, engineering CAD and solidification modeling, CMM dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing (X-ray, FPI or MPI), in-house NDT Level III inspector, metallurgical lab.
