Highpoint Partners has now received two exceptional CPAR ratings from two separate Army Corp of Engineers on heavy civil projects. We have four separate teams of workers including clearing, placing and building many projects with aggregate, concrete projects ranging from foundations, sidewalks, and large pours. Most of our workers have more than twenty-five years experience in all types of construction.
