LEAD Training's primary services include customized training needs analysis; instructor-led, online, and blended course development; and existing course revision/maintenance. Key personnel at LEAD Training are seasoned Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) developing full-scale courseware using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) model and Systems Approach to Training (SAT). We offer a comprehensive instructor training (adult ed and K-12), development, and evaluation program, including coaching sessions. In addition to our instructional design expertise, LEAD provides executive leadership development coaching programs, change management, and strategic planning services to help organizations navigate complex transformations and enhance organizational effectiveness. We also assist clients in developing and implementing a community of practice to capture lessons learned and create a unique knowledge repository for their organization.
