Jackman Industries is the only US Manufacturer of pipe flashings. Our Flashers brand pipe boot is a rubber cone with an aluminum base that creates a water tight seal specifically for pipe penetrations on metal roofing and siding. The rubber cone is clearly marked to help make on-site sizing simple. The aluminum base easily forms to any roofing profile. We manufacture nine sizes for pipe diameters ranging from ¼” – 19”. Our Flashers are available in 8 aesthetically pleasing EPDM colors for temperature ranges up to 250 degrees F (PVC, conduit, Type B vent pipe, etc.), and two Silicone color options for high-temperature applications up to 450 degrees F. Jackman Industries is WBE and ESB certified. Also, our superior one-piece EPDM and Silicone pipe flashing meet stringent IAPMO R&T quality assurance certification requirements and are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).
