Enrique Ruiz & Associates, PSC (ERA) is a local architectural and engineering firm with over 40 years of experience in the planning, design and construction management of a wide variety of projects throughout Puerto Rico. ERA is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a certified firm by the US Small Business 8(a) Business Development Program since June 30, 2009. ERA is led by engineer Enrique Ruiz, PE, PPL, FNSPE, who is a former president of the Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Land Surveyors, and former president of the Pan American Union of Engineering Associations, which includes all countries in North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Spain. ERA’s personnel include professionals in all basic engineering and architectural disciplines, experienced on team building and project management. The organizational structure of the Firm has been designed to allow it to operate effectively under different workload scenarios.
