In the last 25 years, JEBA has catered to federal, state and municipal government organizations as well as the private sector for large scale infrastructure, transportation, utility, topographic and engineering surveys. Besides Puerto Rico and Florida, it has performed select large scale projects in the US Virgin Islands.
