O&M Consulting Engineering, PSC is a full service, multidiscipline engineering firm with a strong record of providing quality engineering design, civil engineering inspection/quality control, construction management and start-up & commissioning services to our clients. O&M is known for its expertise in providing engineered solutions that attain all of our clients’ goals. O&M’s professional engineers have extensive experience on projects that include design and inspection of public infrastructure facilities such as water & wastewater treatment plants, water and sewer transmission/collection systems, limited access highways (urban and rural environments) and bridges (deck, superstructure, and substructure) that span bodies of water. Our civil engineering projects include designing and inspecting reinforced concrete and/or structural steel buildings and rural reconstruction projects.
